UNLICENSED RADIO STATION.

DEARER THAN A RENEWAL.

In the Magistrate's Court this morning Stanley Wagstaff pleaded guilty to the charge of being in possession of an unlicensed wireless receiving station. It was stated that the defendant had not renewed his license on March 31 last, and had not dismantled his aerial. When the radio inspector called on August 22 last the receiver was actually in use. A fine of £2. with 13/ costs, was imposed by the magistrate.
