SEAMAN INJURED.
ACCIDENT OPT DUNEDIN.
FALL AT GYM. PRACTICE.
Owen Burridge, aged 21, an able seaman on H.M.s. Dunedin, fractured several ribs yesterday through being struck by a block which was carried away when repairs were being made to the mast of a vessel. The injured man was admitted to the Public Hospital. A broken forearm was suffered by Reginald Jorden, aged 15, of- 2, Steward's Road. Mount Albert, as the result of a fall from a gymnasium horse at the Seddon Memorial Technical College at 6.30 o'clock last night. He was removed to the Auckland Hospital by the St. John Ambulance.
