PLUMBER'S OUTBURST.

REMANDED FOR MEDICAL OBSERVATION. ' When asked how he intended to plead to a charge deeming him to be an idle and disorderly person, with insufficient means of support, at the Police Court this morning, Henry Charles Andow (50), a plumber, told the orderly that it was "his business." "I'm not saying anything," he added, but he proceeded to address the magistrate in a loud voice. In asking that accused be remanded for one week for medical observation, Senior Sergeant Cummings said that Andow had been found sleeping out early this morning. Andow, when told by the magistrate that he could have his say next week, when his case was heard, became angry and shouted a number of obscene expressions at the Court officials as he left the dock.
