SWORE AT GIRLS.
WHILE HE WAS DKUHK. MAN'S ARREST IN PARNELL. To charges of being disorderly while drunk in Garfield Street, Parnell, last night and using obscene language. Vernon Patrick Rowlands (34) pleaded guilty when he came before the Police Court this morning. The language was used to two girls, said Senior Sergeant Cummings. Accused was not too fond of work, and his general reputation was unsatisfactory. On the first charge Rowlands was fined £1 or three days' imprisonment, and on the other £2 or seven davs.
