WAIHI SEASON. WAIHI, this day. The cricket and bowling season will be opened on Saturday, October 13. KAITEEKE CLUB. TAUMARXJNUI, Saturday. At the annual general meeting of the Kaitieke Cricket Club the following officers were elected for the ensuing year:— Patron, Mr. J. Waldegrave; president, Mr. W. Edwards; vice-presidents, Messrs. H. K. Gibbons, C. G. Fleetwood, T. Crocker, R. Hamilton, D. Todd and F. Koram; committee, Messrs. F. Crocker, G. Geary and B. R. Gibbons; secretary, Mr. H. C. Wedde; captain, Mr. S. Morris; vice-captain, Mr. B. R. Gibbons; selectors, Messrs. F. Crocker aiyl B. R. Gibbons; auditor, Mr. W. Crocker.
