TUAKAU NEWS.
At a meeting of the Tuakau Town Board Mr. W. J. Taylor was reelected chairman for the ensuing two years. The following committees were appointed: Finance, 5 Messrs. Taylor, O. Arrowsmtth, F. G. Woolley and W. J. Deeble; hall, Messrs. Taylor, J. Plrret, J. Fulton and S. H., Crawford. The works committee comprises the whole board. As the result of a conference between the general manager of railways, Mr. H. Sterling, and members of the Raglan County Council and the Tuakau Town Board, regarding the erection of an overhead bridge across the railway line at Tuakau, It U expected that the erection of an overbrldge for Stock will be proceeded with Xortfevith,
