NEWS OF MISS TOBIN. TWO CAPTURED, ONE . RELEASED. NEGOTIATIONS WITH BANDITS, j ——— i (By Telegraph.—Press Association.'! WKLLTNGTON, this day. Mr. J. E. V. Tobin. brother of Miss Blanche Tobin. who was captured a few days ago by Chinese Bandit*, received the following cable Yncssagc from Hongkong to-day:—"Miss Tobin and Mr. Watkins were proceeding to j Wuchow, Kweilin. when they were j attacked. Mr. Watkins was released, and Mi.«s To!>in held captive. Bishop \ llolden is negotiating for• the release of I Miss Tobin. and Mr. Watkins is pro- j ceeding to Kweilin." j
Kweilin is in the Hunan Province, "00 miles north-we«t of Hongkong and 150 miles due north of Wuchow.
