This property lias an interest to athletes. Many years ago it was known as tlie City Cigar Divan, and was kept by Mr. Arthur Tilly, who placed a room at the disposal of sport> clubs, it was hen> that the Auckland Rugby Union was formed, and also the Auckland Amateur Athletic Association.
