NEGOTIATION WITH BANDITS. (Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, September 26. The Zenana Missionary Society announces that the Rev. C. 1. Branchett departed from Canton for Kwe-lin to negotiate for the release of the New Zealand lady missionary, Miss Blanche Tobin, who wa3 captured by Chinese bandits.
