HUSTLY, tli* day.

Ai the 3.5 p.m. Frankton-Mercer goods train wae running through. Huntlj at about 5.15 p.ni. yesterday it collided with a motor car at the Renown level crossing, just south of th& railway yard. The driver f of the car, Mr. Thomas Gavin, was removed to the Huntly Hospital suffering from shock. A lady passenger in the car escaped unhurt.

An empty J wagon waa derailed on the main line, owing to the application of the emergency brakes on the- train. It wae soon replaced, however* and no delay to traffic resulted-
