COURT OF APPEAL
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The final session this year of the Court of Appeal was to have started to-day, but beyond arranging dates for hearings the Court did nothing. Only six cases are set down so far, and none will be ready till Thursday.
