MR. TODD'S INTENTIONS. A REPORT CONTRADICTED. (Bj- Telegraph.—Special to "Star."> DTJNEDIX, this day. Reports from Wellington as to the possibility of his defection from the Reform party's ranks, following on the Licensing Bill, were referred to-dar to Mr. Charles Todd, Reform candidate for Dunedin South and president of the Xew Zealand Alliance, "There is no truth in the reports," saM Mr. Todd. "I will stick to my word to stand for Reform. I do not agree with some of the Prime Ministers actions over the Licensing Bill, hut that doee not come into the picture."
