PAPAKUR \ LADIES' CLUB. The match arrnngpd for Saturday, which was postponed, will be played to-morrow. In the final round of the championship Miss M. Walters beat Miss Wilkins, and in the junior championship Mrs. J. Brookes beat Miss O'Callaghan. The following players will represent the club against Glendowie at Papakura on Saturday :—Miss White. Mrs. Walters. Reserves : Mrs. Mullins, Mrs. Brookes. HAMILTON CLUB. HAMILTON, Monday. The senior championship reached the semi-final stage on Saturday, when M. McBeth defeacted D. Gerrand, 3 and 2, and W. Wynne beat W. D. Roes, 1 up. Xo games were played in the intermediate division, but in the junior section G. Hqvey defeated D. Newland 2 up, in the semi-final. HAMILTON LADIES' CLUB. A one-club bogey match will be played to-morrow, players to choose partners. Entries for the open tournament to be held on October S, 9 and 10 will close next Tuesday. THAMES CLUB. THAMES, Monday. In the senior and junior championships the results were :— Seniors.—Dr. A. S. Gray beat F. S. Miller, 7 and 6; Dr. J. B. Liggings- beat A. Fisher, 6 and 5 ; R. Dodd beat W. Tcasdalo, 2 and Juniors.—R. Kirk beat A. Mellsop, 2 and 1 ; Zohrab boat Jorgenson, 5 and 3; Berry beat . Serinrgeoiir, 3 and 2; Hetheiingtou beat Hoult, 2 and 1. Semi-final : Zohrab beat Hetherington, 3 and 2. TAUMARUNUI CLUB. TAUMARUNUI, Monday. A medal handicap match was played on the local links on Saturday, resulting in a win for A. W. Richter. The best cards were as follows : —A. W. Richter, 83—18 — 65; R. W. Thomas. 88—18—70; T. H. I'ontawera, 84—12—72 ; M. Coker 20 18 —72 : A. Sandel, 83—10—73 ; C. A. Stevenson, 93—20—73. The leaders in the eclectic competition, with one more round to go, are as follows: Sandel 64, Stevenson «6, Holford 67, Richter 67. l'outawera 67, Hughes 6S, Henry 71, Thomas 73. Last week's medal competition was also the final round of the competition for the captain's trophy for the best net aggregate over three medal rounds. This event was won by A. Sandel with a score of 216. A. W. Richter was the runner up with 217.
