BANANAS FOR SOUTH.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN. Sunday. The motor ship Maui Potnarc arrived at D'inedin yesterday morning from Apia, and Xiue Island with a number of passen»>is and a cargo of bananas. The cargo comprised 400f> eases, and was consigned to the four main ports. The fruit was landed in excellent condition. The ship encountered heavy gales after passing Sunday Island, which delayed her at'•cal about twelve hours.
