(From Our Own Correspondent.) TAUMARUNUI, Saturday.
At the annual general meeting of the Ongarue Cricket Club Mr. C. Otto presided over a good attendance of members. The following officers were elected: — President, Mr. C. Otto; vice-presidents, Messrs. J. Whiting, T. Taylor, L. McWilliam, E. P. Zander, D. Hoskings, W. Lightfoot, G. Miller, Ray Winger, and W. Flintoff; club captain, Mr. K. McKay; secretary and treasurer. Mr. E. Miller ; management committee. Messrs. K. McKay, K. Howard, D. McCracken, J. Winsor, O. E. Miller; sole selector. Mr. J. Whiting; social committee, Messrs. S. Smith. W. Peffers, K. Howard, J. Miller, and C. Cook.
