FACTORY WORKER'S UNION FEE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PAHIATUA, this day. In a test case in which the Wellington Creameries, Cheese and Butter Factories' Employees Industrial Union of Workers sued Frederick James Webber, first assistant at the Pahiatua Dairy Company for 25/, the amount of a subscription due to the union, Mr. Miller, S.M., gave judgment for the plaintiff for the amount claimed, with costs.
