DEATH OF SEAMAN.
ND IN SYMONDS STREET. A seaman, Mr. Peter Murphy, aged about 36, was found in a serious condition in Symonds Street about half-past six last evening, 'apparently suffering from the effects of poisoning. He was removed to the Auckland Hospital, where he died half an hour later. The dead man signed off the Kaimanawa on August 30 last. He was a native of Liverpool, England, and had been in the Dominion only a short time.
