Intensification Of Work Among Young In Colonies. NEW SECTION IN AUSTRALIA. ("Times" Cables.) LONDON, September 21. The Riga correspondent of the "Times" reports that the Young Communists' International has incorporated new sections for Australia, Palestine, Syria and Brazil. It passed a resolution urging the necessity for an intensification of work among the youth of colonial and semi-colonial countries. Representatives of the British Woodworkers' Union, who are visiting Mos--cow, have contracted with Russian woodworkers for mutual moral and material assistance and the joint support of workers in other countries during strikes and lockouts; also to form a new Anglo-Russian Committee.
