NEW CHEESE FACTORY.

TE PUNINGA ENTERPRISE. ■■—— # (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) MORRINSVILLE, Friday. The date of the opening of the new cheese factory at Te Puninga, now in course of construction for Mr. J. Patterion, has hcen fixed for October 1. Good progress has been maintained since the work was put in hand, and the main construction work is now practically complete. The installation of machinery is proceeding apace. The plant will be run by electric power, but the precaution is being taken of installing an auxiliary engine in case of power stoppages. The factory will have a capacity of four vats.
