A DOUBLE WEDDING.

The double wedding of a twin sister j and brother was held on Wednesday, at j the Holy Church of St. Sepulchre's, when the Rev. Gordon Bell pei'formed the ceremony, and Doris Ada, second l daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Martin, of Mt. Eden, became the wife of Arthur Noble, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Grayson, of Mt. Eden. The bride! who was given away by ner father, wore a shell pink silk crepe iVjuri, with narrow silver and crystal passementerie, which outlined a tucked yoke and was carried down the sides and bordered a deep hem. A large georgette bow was on the left side, fastened with a jewelled buckle. The tulle embossed silk veil which formed the train was held in place by a trellised silver tricotine chaplet and wreath of orange blossom. She carried a shower bouquet of white and pink carnations, stock and hyacinths. The bridesmaid, Miss Gladys Grayson, was gowned in pastel blue georgette, with satin sash forming a bow on hip. The skirt was of uneven length, reaching to the ankle 3 at the back. The tulle headdress and shower bouquet toned with the gown with touches of pink. Mr. £>. Grayson was best man. The other bride was Olive Constance Kiddell, second daugKter of Mrs. Kiddell, of Mangere, who became the wife of Lawrence Joseph, only son of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Martin. The bride's brother, Mr. Frank Kiddell, gave her away, the gown being of silvery shaded blue, ring velvet, with Uneven hem and slightly draped. An ivory embroidered veil formed the train, and a coronet of orange blossom was swathed round the draped tulle headdress. The bouquet was of pastel shaded flowers. Both brides wore antique pearl necklets, which were heirlooms of MrsMartin, Miss Florence tlones accompanied the bride, and was gowned in briar rose pink georgette, with touches of ring velvet. A tulle bandeau was the headdress, and she carried a shower bouquet of pink flowers. Mr. Edward \Tait was best man. After the ceremony Ia wedding supper was served at the Domain Kiosk, which w prettily

arranged in the brifljsmalds* colours. Mrs. Martin and Mrs. Kiddell received the guests, the former wearing mid-blue crepe de chine trimmed with fur, and black hat. Mrs. Kiddell wore elate grey crepe de chine with flared panels, black hat with feather mounts. Mrs. B. Von Sturmer, steel gre/ wool crepe de chine, trimmed with floral georgette, pink crinoline hat. Mrs. Jenning3 (grandmother) wore DlajK ring velvet and black hat. Mrs. O.' black beaded georgette and hat to tone. Mrs. Lawrie, navy crepe de chine worked in lacquer red. Miss Von Sturmer, rose crepe lido, pastel shaded ciro straw hat.
