The Select Committee on davliprht saving las recommended that the clocks be advanced half an hour next summer. If he Government acts on this recommendation (and I have very little hope that it will) t should exempt all those farmers who do not irdinarily have their clocks half an hour fast. wonder how many would be entitled to ixemption. MORE LIGHT.
