DARGAVILLE DRUIDS.
VISIT OF GRAND EXECUTIVE. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DARGAVILLE, this day. An event of great moment to the Druids of the district was the first official visit to Dargaville by the Grand Lodge Executive of the North It-land Grand Lodge of New Zealand, consisting of P.G.P. Bro. W. Bloinfield (Auckland), Grand vicepresident, Bro. Fred Jackson (Palnierston North), Grand treasurer, Bro. J. Laughton (Wellington), Grand guardian. Bro. George Lcthaby (Auckland) and Grand secretary, Bro. J. X. Grant (Wellington). The" Grand president, Bro. Tom Wilson (Auckland) was detained at the last minute by s-ir-kness, and to the- disappointment of the brethren of the Northern Oak Lodge was unable to be present.
The vi-iting brethren arrived by motor bus yesterdav afternoon and wore met by D.P. Bro. J. Lees and A.D. Uro. V.\ Taylor. In the evening they attended th« lodge meeting. A vervimportant maU.-r of business between the Grand L..d;:e and the Northern Oak Lodge was amicably settled.
