NOTICE BY rLAXSPCTHERS. 30,000 UNEMPLOYED. (Received 8.16 a.m.) LONDON, August 15. The whole of the Belfast flax-spinners have given a fortnight's notice to the employers. Thirty thousand workers are now idle owing to the disorganisation consequent on the strike.
