After hearing the evidence, his Worship said that Bock had uot the shadow ot a case on Uie counterclaim, on which. Defendant stated that plaintiff was, dismissed for coming latp. and Admitted owing 14/4, portion of a week's salary plaintiff being absent twice during the week. Judgment was given for plaintiff for 14/4.
