The C. C. and D. Company, of London, cable the following frozen meat quotations: —Canterbury mutton, 4Jd; Napier, Wellington and North Island, 3Jd; lamb, lirst quality, sjd; second, 5 beef, hiuds, a 7-Sd; fores, 3 1-Sd.
C. B. Kiugswell and Co. report.—On Tuesday we off trod an extra large catalogue of hides, skins, tailonr, etc.
Hides: Market firm for all well-condition-ed stout, others easier. We quote: Extra stout, 7id to Sα; stout, 6id to osd; medium, oid to ojd: Hgtit, r> 1-Sd to ojd; cow, 5d to ojd; kip, sJ<l to uid; calf, 6d to 6Jd: stag, Sj'd to 4d; damaged hides, 2d t0~34d per lb.
Sheepskins: Butchers", large, 5/6 to 6/: for good lines 4/10 to 5/3; small 4/ to 4/(5, dnmagPd 1/4 to 2/H pn.ch.
Tails: 1/S per dozen; horse hair tails, 1/6 to 1/S; mane, M to 10d per lb.
Tallow. Casks, good, 27/ to 27/6; seconds, 23/ to 24/6 pc- cwt.; rough, fat, ljjd per lb. Bone, dry, .-M 15/ per ton.
