Congratulatory London Papers. (Received 8.44 a.m.) LONDON, June 36. The " Standard," the " Globe," and other newspapers express the ' utmost satisfaction at New Zealand's new status. They discuss the geographical, political, and commercial conditions of the new Dominion, and trust that the change will further promote mutual goodwill among the outposts of the Empire.
