RUSSIAN POLICE SENT HOME.

(Received 8.51 a -m.) THE HAGUE, June 28. A number of Russian detectives proceeded to The Hague to watch certain suspects, who, it is believed, are likely to attempt the murder of M. Nelidorff and other Russian delegates in the Netherlands. The Dutch Government has, however, ordered them to return to Russia, declaring that The Hague police will assume responsibility for the safety of I the delegates.
