SCULLING CHAMPIONSHIP.
(Received 10.47 a-m.) SYDNEY, this day. Webb, the New Zealand sculler, is putting in good work. His critics say that so far ".He is a better rower than other New Zealanders who come here." They say that he seems marked more by grace than vigour. One shortcoming is that he does not get a smart beginning.
