Defeat of Wilding by Brookes. LONDON, June 27. In the second round of the All-England Championship, at Wimbledon, Norman Brookes (Victorian champion) defeated A. F. Wilding (New Zealand) by three sets to two. (Secexrod 9-3 a-m.) LONDON, June 27. Doherty does not propose to contest the London tennis championship.
