WORKMEN'S RAILWAY TICKETS.
fEo ffie EdltotJ Sirj—As-a petitioner some years past •for the issue o_ -workmen's tickets from Henderson to the city, I thought the privilege would at least extend to the second morning train. A)t least the two first trains should be allowed. The workman should have every encouragement to reside a distance from the city, and it is very little indeed to ask that the two first morning trains be avaalble to the workman's ticket. The railway management will, I hope, see to this, and do away with the cause otf complaint. —I am. etc., E. M. HEIGHTON.
