Can Be Dry-docked. (Received 5.30 a-m.) CAPE TOWN, June 25. AH efforts to reduce the water in the feiepeak of the outward bound Everton Grange, which struck on sunken rocks at Dnier Point, have failed. Part of the eargois heing discharged in order to drydwi the vessel.
