Sinking of a Launch.—Hearing of Ibe claim cf Frederick J. Cooper, chemist, against Edward X. Coylft, accountant, and Adam Henderson, shipbuilder, for £I7>' 17/6, amount of damage o-ccatdomd to tinlaunch Tawhiri, which was simk by tlie scow Yi_n when tire latter was launched nn January 2S, was continued. Mr. Al. ('-. McGregor, who appeared for plaintiff, callru several witnesses as to the amount of damage sustained by th« launch through Uie sinking. The case is proceeding. Judgment for the Plaintiff. —Mr Kettle, S.M., gave judgment in the ease of -Noah Cohen (Mr. Williamson) v. ,T. Barry (Mr. Lundon>. a claim for £6, the value of a golel chain supplied by the plaintiff to the defendant. His Worship gave judgment iv favour of the plamtirt to. £3 aud costs
