Forecast of the Measure. LONDON, May 27. Th& "Daily Chronicle' says the- Government's plan of dealing "with the House of Lords contained in the forthcoming bill will provide that all vetoed measures shall be kept on the minutes of the House of Commons, and sent up again without the re-passing of all their stages, and that any accumulation of rejected bills shall be sent up is bulk on the eve of a general election.
