For the former Dul'ty secured a try, which he converted, whilst he also kicked a penaltygoal. Shaw obtained a try for Waiklno, Montgomery adding the major points. The junior match, between Waltetc snd Katikati, played at the latter place, resulted in a win for Katikati by three poltts to nil. a penalty goal kicked by Mlddlebrco'-.
AUCKLAND WEDNESDAY UNION.
The President's Cup competition of the Wednesday Uiiiou will be resumed to-mor-raw at Alexandra Park, when the Post, Telegraph, and Railway meet the Drapers' Combined team, and the Bakers play the Grocers and Milkmen. The first-named match is arousing interest, and should result in .1 close contest, whilst the other game is also expected to be a good exhibition.
