WAIHI POLICE COURT.

(By Telegrajph.—-Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, ths day. At the Magistrate's Court yesterday, Joseph William Brady was sued , by Nora Ann Gill for maintenance of his illegitimate female child and for costs of confinement, £6 11/. An order was made against him "for 7/6 weekly, also costs- of complaint, including witness £6. The defendant was ho-und in sureties; himself for £100, and two others of £100 each. A month was allowed in which to find the sureties.
