MELBOURNE, this day.
The problem of the wool people just now is to reconcile the falling market in Sydney with tho buoyant one in Melbourne. Locally record prices are obtained, and greasy merinos sold up to la id, greasy crossbreds to 14Jd, and woured merinos to 22id. There is great activity, with an upward tendency.
