A HEAVY ENCOUNTER. SEVERE LOSSES ON BOTH SIDES. (By Cable.-Press Assoelation.-Copyrigm., PARIS, November 5. An encounter has taken place at Ticlikjaja. between a body of Moors and a detachment of French tirailleurs. A number of the tirailleurs were killed also 150 of the Moors, including a number of chiefs.
