ORDERED TO' PAY ARREARS.

(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.)

WAIHI, Thursday.

At the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon Mr. Bush, S.M., for'the first time in this district, dealt with a case (brought by the Waikino branch of the Waihi Miners' and Workers' Union) against a member for recovery of fees in arrears.
