A jumpicg case which has aroused much Interest was heard at the "Warden's Court this morning, Mr Tllsley applying for the akaailonment of section 235 A, Waihi, ownea Dy Denton. . Mr Moss appeared for the applicant and Mr Jackson for the'owner The applicant stated he had known the section for eight years off and on, and it had. not been resided on for eight mouths In cross-examination, he admitted his brother Had pot In the application, and was uot lntloned the applicant as to his motive for jumping. Mr Tilsley, brother of the applicant, swore that he was acting on behalf of his brother, who Intended, to build a residence on the section The case Is proceeding.
