THE RUSSIAN ACTIVITY.
Farther Movement Reported. (Received 7.44 a.m.) LONDON, February 21. A Russian divivsion on Sunday moved from the front of \he Japanese centre to the front of their left, while another column at Fushan moved to the westward and occupied Hangkiataitse, two kilometres to the north-west of Wank-sa-yuan-tse.
