The German and British Courts have gone into mourning for a week for the Grand Duke Sergiu<. The mourning of the Russian Court will continue for a month.

King Edward and the Prince and Princess cf Wales visited the Russian Ambassador, Count Benekendorff. yesterday, to offer their condolences.

The Dowager Duchess of Sase-Coburg (sister of the Grand Duke Sergius) and the Princess Louise of Battenberg are proceeding to Russia in connection with the death of the Grand Diifce Sergiu*.
