EXTRAORDINARY LEGAL BLUNDER.
Sentenced on 'Wrong Charge. (Received 8.44 a.m.) NEW YORK, February 17.Charles Johnson, of New York, arrested on a charge of petty larceny, was indicted without his knowledge on a charge of forgery, pleaded guilty, and was'sentenced in September to seven years' im-" prisonment. He is shortly to he liberated and pardoned.
