SEDDON V. TAYLOR.

(To the Editor.) Sir, —I have received a large map of the country in which the events took place that form the subject of Captain Seddon's action against Mr. Taylor. The map, which is on the scale of more than an inch to the mile, shows the track of the main column, from which Captain Seddon's troop ivas detached, the march of that troop, and the scouts, and of Lieutenant Saxby's force. I shall be happy to show the map to any of my contingenter comrades, or to any other person who takes an interest in the matter. It renders intelligible what was before quite unintelligible to me.—T am, etc., R. H. BAKEWEU. Ponsonby road, February 14, 1905.
