(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent) HAMILTON, this dayJudgment was delivered to-day in the case of the Hamilton Borough Council*. N. H. Knock, charged with a breach of the by-laws in refusing to employ th* sanitary pans. This was a test case brought by the Couneil-in-Order to ascertain -whether it can enforce the mmtsiy system.
