THE PREMIERS' CONFERENCE.
(Received 10.31 a.m.) HOBART, this day. The State Premiers are still discussing Sir William. Turner's latest proposals for taking over the State debts. Sir W. Turner will not now offer more than a fifteen years' extension of the Braddon clause, while the Premiers demand at least fifty years.
