He was released on ball. E. Short and J. IJreuau entering into a bond of £50 each, and Witika in a surety of £25. Summonses for damage to Te Wane Epiha's tramway, to the value of £5. have been issued against E. Short, J. Duckeridge. S. Dufty, and J. Mounts. The cases are set down for hearing on Monday nest. On the bowling green, the second pairs 'match was played yesterday, and resulted: Prlpstly and Coote (skip) 11 v. Shaw atid Brabant (skip) 21
