GERMAN STRIKERS RESUMING.
(Received 0 aim.) LONDON. February 10. Two hundred delegates, representing the Rhenish strikers, recommended the resumption of work, on the ground that funds are exhausted, and of reliance on the Prussian Government's promise for immediate legislation to redress the grievances considered by the strikers.
