UNITED STATES AMD ARBITRATION.
WASHINGTON, February 9. The Foreign Relations Committee of the United States Senate has reported favourably on the international arbitration treaties entered into by President Roosevelt. It has added a proviso to the treaties that all claims forming the subject of arbitration must previously be submitted to the Senate.
