MAGISTERIAL NOMINATIONS.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, thia day. Mr. R. W. Dyer, S.M. at Kaiapoi, is to take up the duties of second Magistrate at Auckland: Mr. R. A. Aeheson, of Czrterton, who has been appointed a Stipendiary Magistrate, will probably be stationed in Westland.
