VIEWS OF PREMIERS' CONFERENCE.
(Received 9.39 a.m.) HOBART, this day. The proceedings at the Premiers' Conference were warm at times between the Federal and the State sections. The Federal Government was caustically criticised for its lamentable bungling over the mail service, tlie States considering that they had been Humiliated by the weakness and want of backbone shown by the Federal Ministers.
